Mega-Hotelier Ian Schrager is giving South Beach a run for its money with his newly opened Miami Beach Hotel Edition. Located in the up-and-coming "Mid-Beach" area, the Yabu Pushelberg designed glitzy hotel features a lot of white and gold, and is now a favorite of the fashion & design worlds who flock to the double-deck swimming pool during by day -- and then dance the night away in the basement nightclub.
